The Restaurant de La Maison Tatin welcomes you in a setting that is modern while still retaining the spirit of the past due to its furniture and the original stove that once belonged to the TATIN sisters, still here after more than 130 years! Our Salon Tatin is ideal for your intimate meals with family or for business dinners.
A warm and personalised welcome awaits you from Wednesday to Sunday, for lunches and dinners with a bistronomic cuisine based on regional produce that changes with the seasons. A wine list featuring the delights of the Loire Valley and other regions is provided to help you make the most of this fine gastronomic experience!
We have forged lasting relationships with a large number of local producers, such as Maison Martin Pouret, which offers a very high-end range of vinegar and mustards, Beaujardin in Chaon, the supplier of our vegetables, and Miel des Rûches in Yvoy le Marron, from whom we receive exquisite honey.
Our Chef will also offer you superb dishes such as Sologne sturgeon and its caviar, as well as poultry from Orléans...
And, of course, you can taste our tarte TATIN, still made according to the original recipe passed down by Fanny TATIN to the 3 families who have succeeded her at the head of the establishment since 1906.
The Bar has its attractive décor enhanced by the presence of the authentic stove of the Tatin sisters in its original blue and white!
Choose from our selection of spirits (Rums, Whiskeys, Cognac and Poire d'Olivet ...), Champagnes (Moêt and Chambon, Veuve Cliquot ...) and other fine drinks, including our cocktails with or without alcohol!
The restaurant is open from Wednesday noon and evening to Sunday noon.
The restaurant can be opened outside of its usual hours for any special occasion or group event on request.
