Why did we change our ‘Hotel’ into a ‘Maison’?
Because we want our guests to have the feeling of being welcomed into a large country house in the Sologne, and because we want them to discover each of our rooms as places full of life where conviviality, sharing and the Solognote culture reign.
What is Solognote culture?
We like to define it as a culture of ancestral traditions, a culture that is close to nature and noted for its distinctive cuisine.

You are sure to enjoy the warm and welcoming ambiance of our lounge and bar, inspired by the decor of 19th century bourgeois houses, while tasting our famous tarte TATIN accompanied by your choice from our wide range of artisanal teas blended in our region, the Loir et Cher department.
Open from Wednesday noon to Sunday evening (groups, various events), the Maison TATIN restaurant offers contemporary cuisine based on local and seasonal produce.
